Delete it in the app
Open Giga Driver.
Use a phone that’s signed in to the account you want to delete.
Tap Settings.
It’s in the bar at the bottom of the screen. Older versions of the app call it Preferences.
Tap Delete account.
Confirm.
Tap Delete account again in the message that appears. Your account is deleted right away, and every phone signed in to it is signed out.

Send an email to [email protected] from the email address on your account. If you signed in with your phone number, include that number. We’ll delete your account within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account immediately deletes:
- Your account: your name, email address, phone number, sign-in IDs, and trial and membership records.
- The offers, shifts, events and uploaded files from every phone that was ever signed in to your account.
Every phone signed in to your account is signed out. A phone that’s now signed in to someone else’s account keeps its own data and is only unlinked from yours. The iPhone app then starts over as if you had just installed it.
What’s kept
- Backups. Our database backups may still hold a copy for up to 30 days. After that, it’s gone.
- Saved offer screenshots. Photos in your phone’s gallery and any copies made by your photo backup service stay until you delete them there. They are separate from the offer history deleted with your account.
- Payment records at Whop. Whop keeps its own payment records. Deleting your Giga Driver account ends your Whop plan at once, and you lose the days that are left.
This can’t be undone
After your account is deleted, we can’t restore it or its offers and shifts.
