How to save offer screenshots on Android

On Android versions of Giga Driver that include Screenshot offers, turn on that optional setting on the home screen before your shift. When a supported offer is detected and captured, its full-screen image is saved to your phone’s gallery. After the shift, compare it with the completed job’s record in the driver app. A saved offer shows what appeared on screen; it does not prove what you earned.

1. Check your version and turn on saving

Use Get the app to check Android installation and compatibility. While parked, open Giga Driver and find Screenshot offers on the home screen. It is off by default. Turn it on if you want to keep offer photos, and complete the normal offer-reading setup for your version.

Saving screenshots is separate from enabling offer reading. The setting does not go online in a driver app or accept any job. If your version does not show the setting, check the installation guidance or contact support before relying on it.

2. Let the app capture supported offers

Use your driver app as usual. Giga Driver saves a photo when it detects a supported offer and can capture the matching screen. Support can vary with your build and the offer layout. A card that disappears or changes before capture may not be saved, so do not assume every offer has a photo.

The saved image covers the full screen, so it can include names, addresses, notifications, or other details visible at that moment. Review photos while parked or after your shift. For the grading side of the workflow, read how offer grades work.

3. Find the photos and compare the right records

Look in your phone’s gallery for Pictures/Giga Driver/Offers. Gallery apps organize folders differently, so use their device-folder or file view if needed. Keep the offer’s app, date, time, and trip details together when matching it to a completed job.

For example, a screenshot might show a hypothetical $12 offer. That is the offered amount, not a receipt for $12. Check the final trip breakdown in the delivery or rideshare app, including any tip or adjustment shown there. A difference is something to review; the screenshot alone does not establish its cause.

Use the platform’s support process for questions about its payout. Before sharing a screenshot, remove names, addresses, and unrelated personal information. Keep the original private if you need it for your own records.

Are screenshots the same as offer history?

No. Offer history contains recorded offer details. On Android and iPhone, those details can return when you sign in again because they are linked to your account on Giga Driver’s server. That restoration does not restore gallery screenshots. A photo may also be absent even when an offer appears in history.

Where are screenshots stored, and how do I delete them?

Giga Driver does not upload the gallery photos saved by Screenshot offers. Your gallery or photo backup service may back them up under your phone’s settings. They remain until you delete them; the 24-hour limit for private diagnostic images does not apply to these photos.

Turn Screenshot offers off to stop saving new photos. Delete existing photos in your gallery and any photo backup service separately. Deleting your Giga Driver account deletes its restored offer history, but it does not delete these gallery or backup copies.

This optional photo setting is separate from diagnostic calibration in the direct-download version. Calibration can upload diagnostic images when you start that mode. Read the privacy policy for the full distinction and what offer data the app sends to its server.

What if no photo appears?

While parked, check that Screenshot offers is on, offer reading is running, and the gallery shows device folders. A missing photo does not mean the offer was accepted, declined, or paid. If the problem repeats, contact support with your phone model, Giga Driver version, driver app, and approximate time; share only the details needed to investigate.
